    Job Description:

    We are seeking a skilled Sales Manager to join our team in Detroit, Michigan. As a member of our Sales team, you will leverage your technical knowledge to educate and align automotive customers with respect to our products. You will work with customers to solve their system requirement challenges using our product line and ultimately close design wins in the North America region.

    Responsibilities:
    • Be the point of contact for our Automotive customers in North America, providing technical, product, and program knowledge while managing the customer relationship.
    • Develop strong relationships with the customer's engineering and procurement teams.
    • Manage the North American opportunity pipeline and be responsible for developing and closing design wins.
    • Develop expertise on our product line and use your knowledge of the customer and market requirements to align our future products and roadmap.
    • SUPPORT CUSTOMER PROJECTS IN DEVELOPMENT TO INSURE SCHEDULES AND REQUIREMENTS ARE MET.
    • Communicate technical requirements between the customer and our engineering team.

    Requirements:
    • 3+ years in Sales where your scope required direct technical customer interaction.
    • Experience with the semiconductor design-in process and understanding of the automotive market.
    • Background in video technologies such as cameras, sensors, ISPs, computer vision, or video processing preferred.
    • Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to build strong relationships.
    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or other similar technical degree preferred.
