About YOU

Prior caregiving experience is beneficial but not mandatory (e.g., private in-home care, assisted living, group homes).

We value reliability and a strong work ethic in your work history.
A great caregiver should be patient, attentive, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
Certifications like CNA are a plus but not compulsory.

Job Duties:

Be a genuine and supportive companion
Provide personal care
Assist with medication reminders
Help with mobility and physical therapy exercises
Accompany clients to appointments and outings
Assist with meal planning and preparation
Support Alzheimer's/Dementia care
Perform light housekeeping tasks

Qualifications:

Compassionate
Enjoy caring for others
Team Player
Reliable with a solid work history
Minimum one year of professional experience with seniors

Examples include:

In-home care, Independent/Assisted living/Memory care community, Hospital and Rehab

Background check clearance required
Current TB or Chest X-ray; Current CPR Certification (both needed upon hire)
Valid transportation
