Job summary
The Senior Contract Specialist II leads MCC's most complex acquisition actions and provides senior advisory support across acquisition planning, competitive solicitations (including FAR Part 15-style source selections), negotiations, and post-award administration.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex competitive procurements from acquisition planning through award and administration; develop solicitation/award documentation and ensure defensible, compliant contract files.
- Advise customers on acquisition strategy, competition approach, evaluation planning, and negotiation posture; brief senior stakeholders on risks, alternatives, and recommendations.
