Litigation Paralegal

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Pay Range: $70K to $90K and benefits may include medical, dental, vision, etc.

Position Type: Full-time, Hybrid (3 Days Onsite), Direct Hire

LHH is currently seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join a reputable law firm in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will have a major emphasis on civil litigation with 3+ years of experience. This role will focus on civil litigation matter including on Mass Torts, Commercial, Business, and Employment Litigation.

Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in all aspects of litigation matters
• Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information
• Draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and memos
• Coordinate and manage document production and discovery processes
• Prepare for trials and hearings, including organizing exhibits and witnesses
• Maintain and update case files and databases

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience with a major emphasis on litigation
• Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and case management
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
