Full Job Description:
Permanent Full-Time RoleLocation: NYC Area (JFK Airport, LaGuardia Airport, WTC Oculus)

Schedule:
 Monday - Friday | 2:00 PM - 10:00 PMPay: $66 - $69/hour (based on experience)(Negotiable)

Contract: 1 year with possible extension

Shift Includes:
 Port Authority holidays

Floating Required:
 Yes (JFK Airport, LaGuardia Airport, WTC Oculus)

Security:
You will be provided Security Officers with you 

Position Overview:

We are seeking one full-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to support homeless outreach and referral services across major Port Authority facilities in NY.You'll work closely with outreach teams and law enforcement to assess, diagnose, and support homeless individuals with mental health needs especially those resistant to services.

Work Locations:

• JFK International Airport - Urban Pathways, Inc.
• LaGuardia Airport - Urban Pathways, Inc.
• World Trade Center (Oculus Transportation Hub) - No outreach contractor on-site

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct mental health assessments for homeless individuals
• Diagnose and treat psychiatric conditions in an outpatient setting
• Assist in placing individuals into appropriate care facilities
• Develop strategies to engage highly resistant homeless populations
• Coordinate with: Outreach Contractors, Port Authority Police Department (PAPD)
• Participate in facility sweeps and document: Location, Type of incident, Time, Outcome
• Submit weekly reports to the Port Authority
• Maintain accurate documentation of all services provided 

Required Qualifications:
 Education:·Minimum BSN, with specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health·PMHNP certification requiredLicensure:·Active NY or NJ RN License·NP license where applicableCertifications:·PMH-BC or PMHNP-BC (ANCC)Additional Mandatory Requirements·Active DEA License·Valid NPI Number·Board Certification (copy required)·Own Malpractice Insurance·Sex Offender Background ClearancePlease feel free to contact me at
