    This West LA based growth-stage startup ties in telemedicine, health and wellness, subscription, and pharma. They are led by a strong management team of industry experts and have a tremendous pipeline of consumer business enabling them to expand the team with the scale of the business. The company is already profitable, is scaling aggressively in 2026, and the Founder/CEO has led several successful venture-backed companies, and has a track record of mentorship and promoting from within.

    Role and Responsibilities:

    • Own and lead the performance creative strategy across Meta/Instagram, YouTube, Amazon, TikTok, Snap, Pinterest, Search, Email/Lifecycle Marketing, and other emerging channels.
    • Develop simple, repeatable creative frameworks by channel and funnel stage—hooks, proof points, offers, CTAs, and pacing logic.
    • Build and manage a clear creative testing roadmap: define what's being tested, why, how success is measured, and rotation plans to prevent creative fatigue.
    • Partner with Paid Media, Product, and Creative teams to review weekly performance data and translate insights into actionable creative direction.
    • Act as a player-coach—set the direction while getting hands-on with concept and design when needed.
    • Direct photo shoots, UGC creator sessions, and founder-led ads, ensuring brand consistency and strong direct-response messaging.
    • Leverage AI-powered tools , NanoBanana, Midjourney) for rapid iteration of video and still creative assets.

    Skills / Experience Needed:

    • 7+ years of performance marketing experience and customer acquisition ideally within DTC or subscription-based brands
    • 2+ years of team leadership or management experience
    • Prior experience working in the lifestyle, beauty products, high-growth startup, direct-to-consumer, and /or subscription space
    • Proven track record building creative systems and frameworks that improve performance at scale
    • Ability to own performance creative end-to-end
    • Deep Meta/Facebook Ads experience with transferable knowledge across platforms
    • Strong direct-response marketing instincts; messaging hierarchy, proof, offers, CTAs
    • Proficiency with creative production tools; Photoshop, directing shoots, managing talent
    • Experience leveraging AI creative tools; Midjourney, , NanoBanana, or similar
    • Customer focus approach with strong problem-solving capabilities
    • Eager to push the boundaries of what is possible, eager to learn and grow
    • Understanding and practice of performance, acquisition, and direct response marketing strategies
