    State Operations Director

    Reporting Structure:
    Reports to the Head of Operations

    Rate of Pay:
    The salary range for this position is $66,000 - $90,000 depending on experience and skill sets.

    Job Classification:
    Full time, exempt


    Schedule:
    Full-time (40 or more hours per week, and can reach 70+ hours at peak times)

    Revolution Field Strategies (RFS) is seeking talented, driven individuals for the role of State Operations Director, who will be responsible for overseeing the operations of canvassing, voter registration, and relational organizing projects throughout the country.

    The State Operations Director will work with project leadership and with the RFS National Operations team to manage the program's administrative, operational, human resources, and supply needs.

    The State Operations Director will report directly to the Project Director. This role is in-person throughout the duration of an assigned project.
    Oversee the daily and long-term project operations needs, often including multiple offices located throughout a region or state
    Manage a team of regional, in-office Operations Associates
    Work with the Project Director and the National Operations team to implement and maintain robust human resources and operations processes for the program
    Work with the National Operations team to manage project-specific payroll records for all employees through the Paycom platform
    1-3 years of management, operations or administrative experience
    ~ Ability and willingness to work a demanding schedule, which can reach 70+ hours per week at peak times and can be expected to include evenings and weekends.
    ~ Must possess a cell phone and laptop
    ~ Must be able to travel and/or relocate to project locations across the country on short notice; travel, lodging, and other related expenses are provided by RFS

    Demonstrated ability to successfully manage a growing and complex organization's operational needs
    Exceptional time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
    Highly detail-oriented and able to manage multiple processes simultaneously
    Familiarity with Google Suite, ATS, and HRIS software is preferred
    This position may entail other travel.
