    As the Director, HRBP, you'll be the key player between our business leaders and HR, orchestrating talent management, team effectiveness, employee engagement, employee relations and organizational effectiveness strategies. You'll take the lead in driving change management initiatives, collaborating with senior executives and championing a culture that sets Newmont apart. Your influence will have an impact throughout our entire organization.

    In this role you will


    What You'll Be Doing:

    • Partnering with business leaders to create and execute talent outcomes aligned with our strategic priorities.
    • Advising on workforce, talent, and organizational matters, contributing your expertise to shape our trajectory.
    • Developing strategic and tactical HR plans that resonate with and elevate the functions you support.
    • Leading HR projects, including dynamic action plans for Inclusion & Diversity.
    • Designing and implementing HR programs that go beyond conventional, ensuring they align seamlessly with our business needs.
    • Coaching and developing not only our senior business leaders but also the next generation of HR Business Advisors.
    • Serving as a key advisor on strategic Employee Relations solutions, making a lasting impact on our organizational fabric.
    • Collaborating with Communities of Expertise to implement bespoke HR solutions tailored to our distinctive challenges.

    What Success Looks Like:

    In 12 months, you'll be the go-to partner for internal clients, familiar with and adept at executing the company talent management processes,, and the driving force behind strategic Human Resources Agendas. At 18 months, you'll have reshaped our internal resources, taken a leadership role in refining our standard methodologies, and witnessed tangible improvements in client engagement, technology utilization, and employee relations.

    The salary range offered for this role is USD $160,880 to 191,045. The salary range is tied to the Colorado market for jobs performed in Colorado. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience. The salary offer will not be based on a candidate's salary history at other jobs, and by law, Newmont will not seek information about salary history, and candidates should not share such information with Newmont.

    This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company's performance and their own individual performance. This role also will be eligible for participation in a discretionary long-term incentive program, pursuant to which an employee may receive awards based on their level and individual performance.
