- Salary range: $70,000 to $106,400 per year, with performance-based bonuses.

- Clear & active LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT license in Massachusetts.
- Comfortable with a diverse range of clinical presentations.
- Experience in working with children, adolescents, couples, or family counseling.
