Job Description
We are seeking a polished and detail-oriented Public Relations Assistant to support our communications and brand reputation initiatives. This role plays a vital part in coordinating outreach efforts, preparing communication materials, and assisting with strategic public relations campaigns.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of maintaining professionalism in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and distribution of press materials and official communications
Coordinate media outreach efforts and maintain updated contact databases
Support the planning and execution of promotional events and brand initiatives
Draft internal and external communication materials
Monitor industry trends and prepare summary reports
Maintain accurate records of communications and campaign performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
