Job summary

The hospital rotation will vary depending on the need for coverage due to call outs leaves etc. for night shift staff.

This job is responsible for overseeing daily registration functions within Patient Access scope of work ensuring operational unit is staffed appropriately promoting positive patient experience for patients and families demonstrating strong verbal and written communication customer service skills when interacting with staff patients families leadership supervising efficient compliant registration processes ensuring regulatory compliance requirements including adherence to departmental institutional protocols prioritizing responsibilities to complete daily work requirements resolving departmental patient problems as needed monitoring key performance metrics to ensure goals are achieved.

Patient registration experience required minimum of two years plus three years supervisory experience in physician practice or hospital environment healthcare insurance provider or other healthcare relevant experience required.
