- Bachelor's degree required (preferably in Accounting or Business)
- CPA or CMA certification preferred
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong accounting & U.S. GAAP knowledge
- Financial analysis & reporting experience
- Hands-on ERP knowledge (SAP preferred)
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Effective oral & written communication skills
- Strong planning, organizing, and problem-solving abilities
- Processing supplier payments for multiple entities in the US via ACH, Wire, or Check
- Updating financial data for new vendor accounts
- Managing credit application forms for new suppliers
- Calculating and posting monthly accruals in ERP system
- Following up on overdue receivables and addressing customer inquiries
- Issuing manual invoices for various purposes
- Conducting reconciliations for balance sheet accounts
- Handling special customer projects in the ERP system
- Ensuring accurate record-keeping of bank transactions
- Preparing cash flow reports regularly
- Recording external payroll files into the ERP
- Updating material master data as needed
- Maintaining standard costs and conducting monthly updates
- Participating in month-end financial closures and reconciliations
- Managing intercompany account reconciliations
- Facilitating 401K uploads and collaboration for audits and tax preparation
- Generating ad-hoc financial reports
