    RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE CONTROLLER
    Spearheadthe development and implementation of forward-thinking financial systems.
    Craft insightful month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial reports that provide strategic insights.
    Deliver timely and impactful financial reports and distributions to investors, fostering transparency and trust.
    Collaborate seamlessly with a 3rd party CPA/tax firm to align financial strategies with our growth objectives.
    Lead and coordinate audits with an eye toward process improvement.
    Drive corporate and property tax planning initiatives that align with our strategic goals.

    QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE CONTROLLER
    Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting or finance.
    CPA status is a definite asset.
    Showcase a minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial accounting role.
    Some experience in public accounting in tax or audit preferred.
    Demonstrate proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Suite applications.
    Knowledge of Subchapter K tax issues, partnership tax returns, and individual taxation.
    Showcase a deep understanding of real estate financials, tax codes, and laws.
    Knowledge of multifamily real estate financials and operations preferred.
    Proven experience with financial reporting requirements.
