    Baptist Health Urgent Care is an affiliate of Urgent Team, one of the largest independent operators of urgent and family care centers in the Southeast.


    Main Responsibilities:

      • Greets patients when entering waiting area, exam room, or laboratory/x-ray room
      • Communicates with patients on wait times;
      • Provides direction to next step in treatment process
      • Executes follow-up calls;
      Assists front desk personnel with patient check-in/out procedures as needed;< br >Obtains/patient vital signs/documents past medical history/current medications/allergies other pertinent historical information,< ul listyle=“disc;”}
