    We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join our team.

    The Billing Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient processing, reconciliation, and timely payment of invoices for all marketplace orders.

    The specialist will also be responsible for processing order cancellations, credits, and returns in collaboration with the Payments Specialist and other Billing Operations Team members.


    Responsible for:

    • Completing a variety of accounting and accounts tasks related to vendor invoices, payments, and order management
    • Communicating with internal stakeholders, vendors, and occasionally users to resolve issues
    • Keeping accurate records of financial and ecommerce transactions, payments, and order changes
    • Working with internal and external stakeholders including customer service agents, vendor representatives, and company leadership
    • Assisting team leads with a variety of tasks related to invoice processing, order support, open order management, and reconciliation
    • Following up on unresolved issues daily and keeps track of personal and group progress
    • Participating in team and individual projects, sometimes with the need to improvise
    • Assisting in the creation of reports and compilation of data related to billing and e-commerce operations
