    Insurance Account Representative

    This role involves providing information about insurance products and services to customers, assisting with policy applications and renewals, handling client inquiries, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, explaining complex billing to customers.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns related to insurance policies.
    • Analyze customer needs to identify suitable insurance solutions.
    • Process new policy applications and manage policy renewals in a timely manner.

    Besides these responsibilities the representative will have extensive communication skills. He/She will communicate clearly both orally as written which means there is absolutely no issue at all when speaking or writing because they are able correct mistakes during any moment if necessary before finalizing anything through email letters mail packages etc..
