Smile Straight Orthodontics is offering a full-time opportunity as a Front Office Manager at our Orthodontic office.

The Front Office Manager is the clinical leader at the office level and will primarily be responsible for supporting all front-office personnel.

We are an upbeat team looking for an individual who has a passion for helping others and who wants to make a positive difference in their community

EXPERIENCE:
2+ years in office management

JOB TYPE:
Full-time

SCHEDULE:
Monday -Friday

PAY:
Starting at $20+

SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Define team roles and responsibilities, ensures progress toward goals, foster team cooperation, and support group problem solving.
Uphold company core values of compassion, authenticity, talent, and teamwork.
Ensure quality and compassionate care is provided to every patient.
Greet patients and welcome them at check-in.
Review, implement, and maintain the company's policies and procedures.
Maintain and update patient information in the data system in compliance with privacy and security regulations.
Order dental supplies and manage inventory
Training and development of front-office staff
