If you answered yes to any of these questions, we want you to join our team at The Spice & Tea ExchangeWe are seeking enthusiastic Retail Flavor Experts to work at both our Gatlinburg and new Pigeon Forge locations.

With opportunities for advancement and bonuses, this is a great long-term career option for those who are passionate about the culinary worldResponsibilities of a Retail Flavor Expert include providing stellar customer service to guests, maintaining inventory levels and pricing products, blending and packaging items, and staying up-to-date on product knowledge.

You will also have the opportunity to utilize your math skills by measuring ingredients and following recipesIf you have a proven track record of excellent customer service and strong communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
