- Resolve issues on first contact with patience, empathy, and understanding
- Effectively communicate with customers, including managing retention efforts
- Assist customers in comparison shopping to identify the right price plan
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Must possess a resident Property & Casualty license
- License must be in good standing with no upcoming renewals or continuing education requirements in the next 90 days
- No inactive or expired non-resident licenses due for renewal
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 6 months of customer service experience
- Must be 18 years or older
- Typing speed of 25 words per minute or more
- Proficient in using desktop computer systems and Windows-based applications
- Experience in customer service and/or sales is preferred
- College degree is preferred but not mandatory
