Your Responsibilities

As a Licensed Insurance Representative, you will provide innovative solutions to address various customer questions and concerns:

• Handle all inbound and outbound customer inquiries with attention and care
• Provide exceptional customer service through active listening
• Safeguard confidential customer information with the highest sensitivity
• Resolve issues on first contact with patience, empathy, and understanding
• Effectively communicate with customers, including managing retention efforts
• Assist customers in comparison shopping to identify the right price plan
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling

What We're Looking For

We are seeking motivated individuals who are dedicated to excelling in customer service:

• Must possess a resident Property & Casualty license
  • License must be in good standing with no upcoming renewals or continuing education requirements in the next 90 days
  • No inactive or expired non-resident licenses due for renewal
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 6 months of customer service experience
• Must be 18 years or older
• Typing speed of 25 words per minute or more
• Proficient in using desktop computer systems and Windows-based applications
• Experience in customer service and/or sales is preferred
• College degree is preferred but not mandatory
