We are offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus for full-time. We also have several PRN COTA needs also in Nazareth, PA. Flexible work schedules available to accommodate a better work-life balance.

We believe in teamwork and value each and every employee. Compensation negotiable (depending on skills, abilities and experience).

Your typical day may include, but is not limited to:

Therapy team and interdisciplinary team collaboration.
Family education.
Facility in services and education.
Attend care planning conferences.
Perform home assessments to prepare for safe discharge.
