- Provide exceptional customer service while responding to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.

- Maintain working knowledge of insurance lines and specialty lines.
- Perform all duties with general understanding of regulatory, transaction, reputation, and cybersecurity risks to the business.
- Possesses combination of education and experience to perform primary duties and responsibilities of position.
- Adapts easily to system, process, product, and service changes.
- Advocates for CorTrust in the community, customer experience, and co-worker relationships.
- Ability to reason, problem solve, and think critically.
- Demonstrates high level of integrity, personal diplomacy, and respect.
- Ability to understand and abide by the Bank's policies and procedures.
- Hold or be willing to obtain valid South Dakota insurance licenses issued by the South Dakota Division of Insurance.
- Insurance experience preferred but not required based on other business experience.

As an Account Manager, incumbents will support CorTrust's mission and business objectives by providing new, prospective, and existing customers with an exceptional insurance experience. They will work with customers to provide risk-based solutions to customer's insurance needs in a responsive, effective, and appropriate manner. They will support insurance and/or branch management as business and customer needs dictate. This position can be an introductory position to the insurance world and would also be fulfilling for someone experienced.
