    The Customer Service Representative reports to the Customer Service Manager and works collaboratively with other customer service, marketing, sales, engineering, quality, manufacturing, and human resources team members. The primary goal for each customer service team member is to build and strengthen both internal and external customer relationships.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Fulfilling opportunity, quote, order and order acknowledgement requirements, order expediting, quality inquiries, and other customer service requests.
    • Respond to team members, both internal and external, quickly and be proactive and anticipate needs.
    • Develop strong and productive internal and external relationships with all Delta team members and customer contacts.
    • Communicate professionally and respectfully to all internal and external team members.
    Requirements:

    This is an ideal position for a candidate who wants to learn business-to-business customer service operations and who has the willingness and drive to make a difference. The Customer Service Manager will train new team members in all operational requirements critical to job performance.

    • A high school diploma or GED with 2 to 5 years of experience in a customer service or a sales role. Experience working in a Manufacturing Environment a plus.
    • Experience with Microsoft 365 including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, OneDrive. Ability to work within a custom database using Microsoft Access a plus.
    • Outstanding verbal and written skills.
