    Who We're Looking For:

    As a key member of the GI Marketing team, the Market Development Manager will be pivotal in launching new products, supporting limited market releases, and developing markets for key products. The Market Development Manager will have a successful background in gastroenterology, with a proven track record of launching new products and executing strategies that enhance product awareness and adoption.

    About the Role:

    • Craft and implement market development strategies for new and existing products within the gastroenterology portfolio while ensuring strategies are aligned with company goals and market needs.
    • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify growth opportunities and understand competitive landscapes, utilize insights to inform strategic decisions and product positioning.
    • Lead and support limited market releases of new products, coordinating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful launch activities.
    • Design and execute field marketing programs aimed at increasing product adoption and usage. This includes educational programs, product demonstrations, and collaboration with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals (HCPs).
    • Equip sales teams with the necessary tools, materials, and training to effectively sell and support the gastroenterology portfolio.
    Minimum Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
    • 5 years of experience in marketing or market development.
    • Proficient understanding of the healthcare and medical device regulatory environment.
    • Ability to travel up to 75% within US regional assignment.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Advanced degree (i.e. MBA) is preferred.
    • Experience in marketing or market development within the medical device industry with a focus on gastroenterology.
