Job Summary
Soliant is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time position. The BCBA will play a critical role in providing behavior analysis services to individuals and we are looking for someone who has a solid understanding of ABA.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA).
Provide direct supervision and oversight to behavior technicians and registered behavior technicians (RBTs) implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs) in home, school, and community settings.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals to ensure consistency and continuity of behavioral interventions across environments.
Collect and analyze data to monitor progress, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions to modify intervention strategies as needed.
Provide training and support to families and caregivers on behavior management techniques, positive reinforcement strategies, and other evidence-based practices.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Behavior Analyst in the State.

Requirements:

Extensive knowledge and experience in the principles and practices of applied behavior analysis (ABA), including functional behavior assessment (FBA) and behavior intervention plan (BIP) development.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to effectively train, mentor, and supervise behavior technicians and registered behavior technicians (RBTs).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, families, and stakeholders.
Commitment to ethical and professional conduct, including adherence to the BACB Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts.
