Job Summary
The Vice President of Risk Management oversees compliance and risk management programs at Provident Credit Union. They ensure adherence to laws regulations and internal policies monitor report on compliance risks oversee gap analyses maintain up-to-date information on current pending legal compliance issues identify assess analyze various risks across operations stay abreast of regulatory changes partner with business functional areas work with leadership team develop update actionable risk management dashboards conduct exit interviews serve as primary point of contact with auditors coordinate conduct key risk activities act as subject matter expert review finalize branch audit reports recommend steps to improve audit performance proactively reviews potential issues investigate large repetitive loss events assess potential systemic weakness ensure appropriate corrective action taken.Essential Functions
