Responsibilities
- Manage smaller accounts independently assist in managing larger more complex accounts Be familiar with key business brand objectives as well as working knowledge of therapy area Support project finances addressing out-of-scope issues recommending corrective actions Maintain regular communication client external internal stakeholders providing updates flagging concerns Drive project timelines serving internal information hub ensuring milestones met Coordinate resource allocation project resource management projects adequately staffed supported balancing workload capacity teams Where possible identify generate new opportunities existing new accounts
