Job summary
The Production Manager oversees daily production operations including assembly sewing inventory coordination and order fulfillment This role ensures efficient production flow accurate inventory management strong vendor coordination and adherence to quality compliance standards while leading supporting production staff
Responsibilities
- Procurement & Inventory Develop maintain relationships with key vendors fabrication partners support local supply acquisitions coordinate purchasing activities ensure proper tracking of lots for inventory financial QMS purposes Maintain accurate inventory accounting via audits cycle counts par levels timely material ordering prevent production delays
- Production Assembly & Distribution Supervise daily production activities across assembly sewing teams meet quality safety delivery goals Plan manage production orders convert components finished goods each unique serial number affiliated lot values constituent components Oversee order fulfillment internal clinic orders third-party shipping international shipments customs documentation Develop publish KPIs production assembly teams revise needed Optimize warehouse layout process scheduling improve production efficiency Collaborate R&D cross-functional teams scope support new product development Utilize operational systems monitor production inventory fulfillment Maintain healthy working relationship direct reports regular one-on-one meetings timely approvals positive work environment Coordinate facility needs maintenance requests service vendors Additional Duties All other job duties assigned
