    Essential Job Functions:
    1. Responsible for planning and scheduling various project workloads.
    2. Gathers and analyzes information to prepare status reports.
    3. Ensures that assignment and scheduling of work follows company policy.
    4. Evaluates current procedures and recommends changes to improve the efficiency of planning and scheduling of projects.
    5. Tracks and records costs through work orders and invoices.
    6. Ensures that all work orders and projects are properly documented and closed in scheduling systems.
    7. Evaluates the level of schedule compliance and identifies reasons for completion shortfalls.
    8.

    Completes special projects as assigned particularly in the area of social media and communicating with external parties such as alumni and members of the Board of Governors.

    9. Attends staff meetings and serves on committees, as required.
    10. Performs other duties as assigned or required

    Knowledge:

    Clerical - Thorough knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.

    2. Customer and Personal Service - Thorough knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

    English Language - Thorough knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.

    4. Computers and Electronics - General knowledge of computer hardware and software, including applications, programming, and/or systems configuration.

    Required Education:
    High School Diploma or Equivalent Major (if required):

    Required Experience:
    High School Diploma and five (5) years administrative experience.


    • OR
    Associate's Degree and three (3) years administrative experience.


    • OR
    Bachelor's Degree and zero (0) to two (2) years administrative experience

    Preferred Qualifications:
