    High Volume Recruiting- Hourly Logistics Positions- Recruits internal and external candidates- Sources candidates through multiple sources (e.g., cold calls, direct recruiting referrals, networking)- Reviews resumes; assesses candidates for knowledge, skills, and abilities- Conducts first-level interviews; makes recommendations to hiring managers; reviews / discusses candidate performance with subsequent interviewers- Assists candidates with new hire activities- Organizes / executes H-E-B participation in job fairs and college recruiting activities- Conducts pre-employment activities such as drug testing, background / reference checks- Develops compensation package, relocation, and offer letter for candidates- Uses e-recruiting system (e.g., My Career 2.0) to input / extract data as neededWhat is your background?- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field, or comparable experience- 0+ years of retail or recruiting experienceDo you have what it takes to be a fit as an Associate Recruiter at H-E-B?- Interviewing, assessment, negotiation, influencing skills- Analytical, project management, time-management, and organization skills- Verbal / written communication and presentation skills- PC skills (MS Office and database systems)- Ability to manage multiple priorities and shift focus between projects / tasks; attention to detail- Ability to work issues at all levels of H-E-BCan you...
