About the Role:
The Cruise Experience Coordinator supports clients by organizing and coordinating cruise vacation experiences from start to finish. In this role, you will assist clients by helping them review available cruise options, organize planning details, and ensure all arrangements are clearly documented and properly coordinated. Your focus will be on organization, accuracy, and clear communication while supporting clients throughout the planning process. You will work within established procedures to coordinate accommodations, scheduling considerations, experience options, and planning timelines so each cruise experience is structured and easy to follow. This position is centered on coordination and client support and is not sales driven. The role is fully remote and designed for individuals who are comfortable working independently while following defined workflows and quality standards. Comprehensive training is provided to ensure you understand systems, expectations, and planning processes before supporting clients. Ongoing professional guidance is available to help you remain organized, consistent, and confident in your responsibilities. This role is well suited for individuals who enjoy managing details, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to a reliable and organized planning experience in a structured remote environment where attention to detail and follow through are essential.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with selecting cruise options, accommodations, and experience preferences
Coordinate reservations, confirmations, and planning timelines

Manage documentation, payment processing, and records
Maintain clear and professional communication throughout planning
