Job Description:
A

Project Analyst

(PA) at Epiq Managed Services will assist the Project Manager (PM) in tracking, organizing, processing, and promotion of client supplied data and workflows. The PA's duties will include serving as a keeper of project reporting on client projects, a daily point of contact for client requests, and queue manager of client priorities.

Responsibilities

Monitor and report on the progress of client projects through the multiple departments at EpiqDraft processing statements of work to be used by other departments in executing their portions of a projectObtain, examine and prepare client data for processingInterpret client needs and PM instructions in order to accurately and efficiently pass them on to operational groupsAssist in troubleshooting and resolving any client issues with delivered or hosted dataImport load-ready data sets into RelativityConduct searches of electronic dataPerform quality control checks of work product from operations groups and other team membersCreating reports as requiredRequirements

High technical aptitude with database programs, text editors and review platforms including, but not limited to, RelativityHighly organized and able to monitor and effectively record progress of multiple processesAvailability to work extended hours as needed when client project loads increasePossess excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks with excellent follow through, professional communication, and attention to detailBachelor degree preferredIndustry qualifications such as Relativity Certified Administrator or Relativity Certified Analytics Expert is a plusA solid understanding of all Microsoft Office applications, basic UNIX, Windows, hardware, networking, and delimited files, experience with SQL database and other database applications is a plus#LI-RC1
