    100% RemoteNo C2C or SponsorshipPosition SummaryThe Junior Salesforce Administrator will work alongside a technical business analyst and report to the VP of Information Technology.

    The Junior Salesforce Administrator will help continually improve and enhance the platform by gathering requirements and feedback and designing best practice solutions.

    The Junior Administrator will collaborate with our users to learn business processes to translate them into technical solutions. Duties will include all aspects of user management including support tickets and user training and testing support.
    ResponsibilitiesAssist in the day-to-day administration of Salesforce platform, including user management, security settings, profiles, and roles.
    Configure and customize Salesforce features, such as custom objects, fields, page layouts, workflow rules, process builder, and approval processes.
    Support data management tasks, including data imports, exports, and data quality initiatives.
    Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support.
    Assist in the development and maintenance of Salesforce reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business objectives.
    Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce functionality and best practices.
    Stay informed about new Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends to recommend improvements and optimizations.
    Creation of training/testing materialsSandbox environment management.

    Main support contact for the Loans Salesforce systemQualifications:
    Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.

    Salesforce product knowledge and 12 months hands-on administration experience OR Salesforce Administrator CertificationAptitude or experience with financial / accounting systems preferred.

    Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
