Rate: $90-95/hr. with benefits/PTO

Workday HCM (focusting on Workday Recruit) Configuration Specialist

• You will have the opportunity to help optimize and expand Workday as a critical tool within the organization. You will focus on understanding the client's business and needs to develop tailored solutions to lead them through the entire lifecycle of Workday.Assist HR in fully leveraging the Workday system into their current business environment
• Advise HR on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems
• Lead and advise HR through the entire system development life cycle

The skills and experience necessary for this role are:

• Expert level knowledge in Workday HCM
• 5+ years of broad Workday experience. Specialized in Global HR Recruiting.
• Workday certification(s)
• Experience working with HR processes and stakeholders throughout the employee lifecycle; global exposure is a plus
• Experience with Phenom People and/or Job Description Databases such as JDXpert a plus
• Strong relationship management skills with the ability to effectively communicate with both team members and HR.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills with demonstrated ability to share and impart knowledge.
• Project management experience, experience in SCRUM or Agile methodologies is desired.
