Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with a solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.

The Senior Accountant will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:
Oversee the month-end and year-end close processes, including preparation of financial statements and supporting schedulesPerform variance analysis and provide insights to management on financial performanceReconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve any discrepanciesPrepare and review journal entries, ensuring accuracy and completenessAssist in the preparation of budgets and forecastsCollaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiencyEnsure compliance with GAAP and other relevant accounting standardsAssist with audits and provide necessary support to auditorsMentor junior staff and provide guidance on accounting principles and best practicesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification preferred3-5+ years of experience in accounting or related fieldProficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite, Famous) and Microsoft ExcelStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial dataExcellent attention to detail and accuracyAbility to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team#J-18808-Ljbffr
