    The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders, coordinating with offshore technical teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

    This is a hybrid role requiring both strong analytical capabilities and hands-on project management skills.

    Key Requirements:

    • Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and user stories for development teams.
    • Act as a liaison between onshore stakeholders and offshore development teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of project goals.
    • Facilitate meetings, walkthroughs, and workshops to gather requirements and provide project updates.
    • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and team members.
    • Track project milestones and deliverables, identifying and managing risks and issues.
    • Ensure timely delivery of projects by coordinating with cross-functional teams and managing resources effectively.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • 10+ years of experience as a business analyst.
    • Proven experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements.
    • Strong experience working with offshore teams and managing remote communication.
    • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or MS Project is a plus.

    Domain Expertise:

    Financial/Asset Management industry.
