Job summary
The Clinical Data Manager will oversee the planning coordination and execution of clinical data management activities across multiple studies in compliance with regulatory standards Good Clinical Practice GCP and internal Standard Operating Procedures SOPs This role requires advanced leadership skills strong technical expertise and the ability to manage cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality data is collected cleaned and reported in a timely manner The CDM will work closely with biostatisticians clinical teams and regulatory affairs to support the success of clinical trials
+Responsibilities
- Lead clinical data management activities for multiple complex studies from study startup to database lock and final reporting
- Develop manage data management timelines for multiple projects ensuring all milestones are met according to project plans
- Design build oversee the implementation maintenance of clinical trial databases using Electronic Data Capture EDC systems e.g Medidata Medrio or similar Develop maintain all data management documentation for all clinical studies Ensure accuracy completeness compliance with regulation requirements industry standards CDISC SDTM WHO Drug MedDRA Perform review feedback on study teams improve quality resolve issues early Provide guidance on electronic capture edit checks validation processes discrepancy resolution Manage independent vendor services performance contracts budget efficiency Implement continuously improve processes systems Lead initiatives evaluate new tools software methodologies Enhance efficiency effectiveness by assessing current best practices methods training staff cross-functionally communicate vendors customers effectively Promote company values through leadership actions decisions influence others embrace change lead strategic growth benefit organization respond challenges fostering creativity teamwork collaboration build diversity inclusion promoting well-being employees consumers clients external partners managing conflicting priorities navigate global complexities adapt self continuous learning exercising empathy understanding diverse perspectives appropriately accountability transparency embracing uncertainty ambiguity flexibility be proactive adaptable resilient adaptable evolving environment environment drive results embrace current trends technologies leveraging customer insights inform decision-making prioritize tasks foster effective communication motivate inspire team members collaborate set realistic achievable goals provide constructive feedback acknowledge celebrate successes challenges recognize excellence potential create positive memorable experiences.
