- Collaborate closely with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project success.
- Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and analyze project performance metrics, including cost, schedule, and quality.
- Identify and mitigate project risks effectively.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to on-site teams, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in grading operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college or vocational education preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in construction and heavy civil industry, including superintendent or foreman experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Thorough knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
