Who we are looking forExciting opportunity to work with products in the aerospace industry. This position is located within ourRe:
Build CDI facility in Avon, OH. As a Machine Operator you would operate CNC (computer numerical controlled) machinery to fabricate parts.
Machine Operators run production and non-production jobs, communicate with co-workers, supervisors, and management, follow established Quality Management Systems, and maintains a safe, organized, and clean work environment.
What you will get to doSet-up, load and run product into the CNC machinePerforms daily maintenance on equipment and cleans work area after each shiftPerforms manual deburring operations as neededFollows Process Routing Document.
Performs inspection per Process Routing Document and legibly records results of inspectionCompletes reports and other associated paperworkCommunicates with management, supervisor, operators, quality, and other shop personnel for assignments and to resolve machining or quality issues.
Follows all applicable Quality Management System procedures, work instructions, and formsSafeguards company, customer, and supplier property (electronic, intellectual, and physical)
Manages assigned records (as owner)What you bring to the teamMust have 1-3 years of experience with Vertical/Horizontal CNC MillingWilling to work 2nd Shift: 4 days/week, 4pm-2:30amHigh school diploma or GED is requiredMust have experience reading blueprints and using calipers, height gauges, and micrometers.
