- Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required within a reasonable period of time.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Assist with managing cost, schedule, and technical performance of programs to ensure project contractual work products are delivered on time and within budget.
- Provide for an additional program interface with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Assists with the development of the performance measurement baseline and monitors execution, including establishment of and routine reporting on the technical performance, financial status, and program risks and issues.
- Generates the Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR) in coordination with inputs from Control Account Managers.
- Identifies program problems and issues, and coordinates with the Program Manager, functional managers and customers to obtain solutions to obtain solutions.
- Reviews reports and briefings prepared by staff for quality and compliance to contract requirements.
- Provides oversight and management of supplementary technical instructions.
- Supports execution of program reviews (travel anticipated).
- Prepares and delivers formal briefings (travel anticipated).
- Complies with quality assurance and security procedures in the performance of duties.
- Leadership and management experience
- Knowledgeable of defense contracting and finance, including Earned Value (EIA-748).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Experienced with MS Office and related software applications.
