    Job Description:
    The MSP Operations Specialist is responsible for providing advanced sales support, overseeing procurement processes, managing vendor relationships, ensuring efficient cost management, and providing data administration and reporting support.

    Key duties include processing sales team requests, managing purchase orders, handling shipping logistics, coordinating invoicing, and serving as a subject matter expert for CRM systems. This role plays a critical part in streamlining operations, enhancing client relationships, and driving organizational growth through strategic contributions and meticulous attention to detail.

    Job Duties & Responsibilities:
    1. Sales Support
    • Provide comprehensive support for sales team requests, including quoting and deal registrations.
    • Convert won sales opportunities into projects, agreements, purchase orders.
    • Respond to requests for information from internal departments.
    • Monitor order fulfillment and update internal systems accordingly.
    • Collaborate with vendors to fulfill sales orders and manage subscriptions and agreements.
    1. Procurement
    • Assure issuance of Purchase Orders for each company financial commitment (orders, subscriptions) reflecting the requesting department, targeted spend.
    • Ensure accuracy between vendor invoices and Tekscape purchase orders.
    • Assist with vendor management and performance evaluations.
    • Manage shipping logistics and update clients on delivery status.
    • Maintain organized Tekscape stock room and reference tickets for accounting.
    • Rebate Coordination:Document, monitor and report on all vendor and distributor rebate and incentive programs beneficial to Tekscape (Cisco, Microsoft, Dell, Lenovo, etc).
    1. Finance
    • Coordinate issuance of client invoices (recurring monthly billing).
    • Resolve client invoicing concerns and oversee client agreement (MSA) auditing.
    • Review, audit, and approval of vendor invoices for payment through Accounting.
    • Review internal costs to minimize spending.
    • Manage any 3rd party referral or commission-based programs and payouts (Channel Partners, OEM partners).
    1. CRM Administration
    • Serve as a subject matter expert for ConnectWise Manage and Sell.
    • Execute advanced administrative tasks and initiatives for system improvement.
    1. Business Intelligence
    • Analyze Tekscape key performance indicators for all departments using internal business intelligence platform (MSPBots), Microsoft Excel functions and/or your own methodology.
    • Develop reports and dashboards for all internal department requests using the various toolsets/processes, including AI (GPT Agents).
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in business, management, sales or a related field (preferred).
    • Proven experience in sales support and customer service.
    • Knowledge of procurement processes and logistics
    • MSP experience strongly preferred.
    • Subject matter expert for ConnectWise Manage and Sell administration.
    • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 product and service sales (Microsoft 365, Modern Work and Azure fundamentals specifically).
    • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel functions.
    • Background in programming languages such as Python (preferred).
    • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
