Mgr, Credit & CollectionsWe are looking for a Credit and Collections Manager to join our team.

This individual is responsible for establishing credit lines for new customers, collecting on delinquent accounts and resolving credit related issues, through effective and efficient use of department staff.

ResponsibilitiesResolve significant credit issues, and approve applications for new or increased creditManage Credit and Collections department, supervising, coaching, mentoring, etc.

Contact delinquent customersPrepare credit/collection analysis and reports.
Manage collection process; posts customer payments paid by checkMonitor processing of customer's invoicesResearch unauthorized deductions taken by customersProcess customer credits for authorized deductionsReconcile accounts for top customersAnalyze customer records for discrepanciesMaintain sales tax exemption records for all customersOther duties as assignedDesired ExperienceStrong knowledge and application of GAAP / Debits Credits / Financial Statement AnalysisKnowledge of SOX guidelinesSolid organizational and analytical abilitiesStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong computer skills; MS OfficeLeadership/Coaching ability#J-18808-Ljbffr
