    Are you a Sr Project Manager (Sr PM) looking for a place where you can make a difference every day? Serco is the place for you We have an exciting opportunity supporting the United States Navy and our Electronic Surveillance Systems (ESS) program.

    The Naval Information Warfare Systems Center Pacific (NIWC PAC) Security Systems Branch performs the procurement, installation, integration, testing and life cycle sustainment of Naval Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection (AT/FP) ESS at shore installations throughout the world.

    Systems/equipment and services are defined as equipment and/or systems that facilitate the detection, delay, deterrence, assessment, and response to terrorist events. Sustainment services include preventive and corrective maintenance, interoperability, maintenance planning, supply/logistics support, testing and evaluation, reliability and maintainability, and configuration management.

    In this role, you will:
    • Oversee the sustainment of AT/FP ESS products/equipment including Electronic Harbor Security Systems, alarms, Naval Munitions, Giant Voice, cameras, intrusion detection, emergency operation centers, regional dispatch centers, Automated Vehicle Gates, wide area alert, indoor voice, enterprise land mobile radio, dispatch activities, and support for regional and emergency operation centers as needed
    • Provide technical and managerial assistance on all aspects of project management from inception through completion
    • Conduct cost management through continual cost control and review
    • Manage business development and budgetary responsibilities
    • Provide expertise to the customer(s) to ensure resolution of issues
    • Attend meetings and makes presentations about project status and work commitments
    • Ensure training of all staff members and instruct them on customer's methods, procedures, and standards.
    • Participate in long-range planning, analysis, and program design
    • Participate in the planning and design of new projects as requested
    Qualifications

    To be successful in this role, you will have:
    • An Active DoD Secret clearance
    • A Bachelors degree and 5+ years' of Project Management experience including successfully developing and maintaining project budgets, schedules, and performance requirements OR a high school diploma/GED with 10+ years' of relevant experience
    • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time as needed
    Additional desired experience and skills:
    • PMP certification
    In compliance with state and local laws regarding pay transparency, the salary range for this role is $121,849 to $243,698; however, Serco considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
