    Position Overview:

    The Regulatory Affairs Specialist at Arxada Industrial Microbial Control provides expert regulatory guidance to support business activities in the Americas, collaborating closely with regulatory teams in Europe and APAC.



    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement Regulatory Affairs strategies for new product initiatives, including preparing and submitting registration applications.
    • Oversee projects to maintain product registrations, such as label updates and regulatory compliance tasks.
    • Ensure products adhere to Federal and State regulations.
    • Support customer service projects that impact business growth and new account development.
    • Cultivate strong stakeholder relationships.
    • Devise market positioning strategies for active substances and products.
    • Secure and uphold regulatory approvals, addressing regulatory hurdles effectively.
    • Formulate intricate scientific arguments and manage data compilation for regulatory submissions in North America.
    • Engage in industry and government meetings to represent Arxada.


    Key Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Master's degree preferred.
    • 5-10+ years' experience in US FIFRA and Canadian PCPA regulations related to biocides or pesticides.
    • 5-10 years' experience in the chemical and agricultural sectors.
    • Strong commercial acumen and ability to navigate supplier and customer relationships.
    • Analytical with expertise in chemistry, toxicology, environmental sciences, and risk assessment methodologies.
    • Quick learner with exceptional attention to detail and data analysis skills.
    • Proven aptitude for strategic planning and prioritization in complex environments.
    • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal capabilities.
    • Skilled networker with internal and external negotiation skills.
    • Collaborative team player with influence across all organizational levels.
