The Refrigeration/Utilities Supervisor will assist with all maintenance activities to ensure maximum operational potential is realized for the entire plant operation.Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related Technical field is strongly preferred Minimum of 1-5 years of related leadership experience in a Manufacturing environment is required Must be familiar with maintenance management system operations Experience implementing and maintaining TPM Systems is strongly preferred Understanding of mechanical electrical pneumatic hydraulic and utility systems including ammonia refrigeration boiler systems is a plus Understanding of direct overhead cost systems Experience using troubleshooting programming Allen Bradley PLCs plus Must be able to work flexible schedule to include days afternoons midnights weekend workResponsibilities
Directs maintenance personnel ensure that all systems operate at their highest capability meet production schedules quality costs schedule priorities Improves reliability maintenance processing methods reduce cost avoid loss production equipment malfunction failure time Determines equipment capabilities safety operational condition coordination Supervisors technicians Develops preventative procedures effective increase life equipment Seeks implements continuous improvement process equipment modification Assist development site-specific logs corrective actions Coordinates arranges supervises completion corrective preventive maintenance company operating procedures practices financial considerations Provide training utilization routine specific facility support Diagnoses malfunctions machinery assists workers Studies schedules estimates worker hour requirements completion assignment Prepares requisitions spare parts inventory Maintains departmental budget positive variance utilizing workforce effectively Assist safety training monthly meetings safety committee technical support projects Implementation QRMP yearly audit develops procedures corrective actions Oversees leads implementation QRMP system standards targeted RCR Assists partners business leaders implementation processes Six Sigma Lean Kraft Heinz Management System KHMS leading change initiatives planning facilitation Supervises Maintenance staff performance management employee development Communicates outside agencies contractors suppliers consultants vendors Continuous close coordination Maintenance Manager other Team Members Human ResourcesJob description
