    About Us

    Modern Pediatrics (MP) is a primary care pediatrics practice that was founded on the singular goal of creating the very best experience imaginable for children, their families, and providers.

    After launching in Austin during the pandemic, we've found that families absolutely love our unique in-home care model You can find some of our patient reviews here to get a better feel. We're now eager to bring MP to the Dallas area and are hiring our founding team

    Our Care Model

      • All well-child and sick care occurs in the patient's home
      • 24/7 accessibility through virtual care (text message, phone, video visit)
      • High-quality, evidence-based care, using the most up to date research available
      • Membership pricing which makes this service available to the broadest range of families possible, not just the wealthy
      • Tech-forward approach to everything we do for our patients and families
    • For our providers
      • Smaller patient panel with fewer visits per day (more time with each family), restoring intimacy in the primary care relationship
      • Predictable schedule (leave home at 8am and return at 5pm)
      • Tech solutions to make your job easier, with a focus on reducing the time you spend on documentation
      • Supportive and accessible admin/exec team that recognizes your value and cares deeply about your job satisfaction

    This Role

    • Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care for our community's children and their families
      • Conducting well-child visits (including vaccine administration) and sick care in the patient's home
      • Virtual care (text messages, phone calls, and video visits) throughout your work day
    • Rotating 24/7 evening, weekend, and holiday call schedule
      • We don't schedule well visits on the weekends, but weekend visits are available from 9am-1:30pm for sick visits and newborn visits
    • Special projects
      • When you're not seeing kids, you'll have the opportunity to tackle interesting projects that push MP forward
