Job Title: Internal Medicine Physicians

Location: Northern California at the base of the Sierra Mountains

This opportunity is with a well-established Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in northern California, which has been serving the community for over 40 years.

The health center has a strong reputation and a diverse patient population, offering a wide range of medical specialties and services.

We are seeking two board-certified Internal Medicine physicians to join our team of more than 80 providers across four locations.

The ideal candidate will be a team player who enjoys working in an outpatient setting and is committed to providing high-quality patient care.

Compensation:

MGMA base salary
Plus $5,000 when board certified
Plus $500 per month to supervise Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
Plus $10,000 if taking call
Plus bonus potential of up to $32,000

Practice Details:

Outpatient only
Monday through Friday schedule
Employed position
Established practice with a 4-year-old building

Estimate Salary: $300,000 - $350,000 per year.
