Job Summary: The Silk Screen Operator is responsible for ensuring the quality of silk screened products through set-up, printing, and maintenance tasks. Adherence to safety and quality standards is crucial in this role.
Job Duties:

• Adheres to safety and quality policies.
• Monitors line operation, conducts quality checks, and coordinates shift takeovers.
• Executes color/material changes independently.
• Maintains production efficiencies, minimizes scrap, and collaborates with maintenance for equipment improvement.
• Performs changeovers, troubleshoots print quality problems, and reads technical specifications.
• Trains packers and assists with new product trials.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some post-secondary education (technical/vocational) preferred.
• Proficient in English.
• Strong focus and accuracy.
• Basic math, computer, and organizational skills.
