Job Title: Grain Operations Crewleader

• Key Responsibilities:

• Perform grain operations tasks for customer service, grain movement/storage and facility upkeep.
     Assist with coordinating all grain movement tasks at the facility.
• Identify safety and quality issues,
     report them,
     assist identifying root cause
     and corrective action through understanding of facility logistics,
     grain conditioning,and grain quality.
• Participate in safety committee meetings;
