    At Radwell International, we are seeking an experienced Electronics Repair Technician to join our team. This is a full-time position that requires excellent technical skills and attention to detail.

    Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

    Job Description

    The primary duties of this role include repair and calibration of Industrial Controls, as well as testing and troubleshooting of electronic equipment. Technicians will be required to work independently and as part of a team to meet production deadlines.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Bench-level electronic and electro-mechanical repair tasks using industry-standard trouble shooting, repair, and soldering skills
    • Documentation of actions taken on each item and communication of completions, obstacles, and concerns
    • Verification of part numbers on all units processed
    • Inspection, cleaning, and testing of all units
    • Isolation of unit failures and performing repair of all units
    • Proper use of shop assets and test fixtures
    • Powder and diagnostic testing of all units
    • Programming support
    • Quality methods, processes, and procedures support
    • Support and improvement of quality of final product
    • Development of capabilities
    • Processing of pre-evaluation units to 'RTS' Ready to Sell condition
    • Proper handling and labeling of all units
    • Effective time management and prioritization of work
    • Proper use of IT systems

    Qualifications

    • Understanding of the repair of industrial controls cycle
    • Strong technical skills
    • Ability to learn and understand Radwell's repair processes and procedures
    • Required tools may need to be brought by the hiring manager

    Knowledge & Skills Required

    • Strong computer proficiency
    • Able to multitask
    • Ability to work at fast pace
    • Ability to work independently
    • Detail oriented
    • Good problem-solving abilities
    • Good communication skills

    Physical Demands

    • Occasional reaching/working overhead, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling
    • Frequent walking
    • Continuous standing and repetitive hand motion
    • Lifting requirements include occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, frequent lifting of up to 25 pounds, and continuous lifting of up to 10 pounds

    Educational Requirements

    • High School Diploma and Technical School Certification required (related field)
    • One to three years related experience and/or training
    • Technical or industrial product knowledge a plus
