    Required Education:

    Graduate of an accredited practical nursing programLicensure:Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining a current LPN license within the hiring state in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all State Board of Nursing requirementsExperience:One year ofrecentbed-side LPN experience to work Med Surg.

    For all other specialties (ED, ICU, etc.) a minimum of two years ofrecentbed-side LPN experience.


    Preferred Experience:
    Epic experienceCertifications (Must have to start) :For Med Surg (MS)
    • BLSFor Critical Care (CC)
    • BLS, ACLSFor Emergency Department (ED)
